Material Identification

In order to identify the material and products at each stage, products are kept at a separate place. Batch wise all Zinc Oxide is stored in a different store houses with earmarked for delivery. We ensure proper identification for the below mentioned things:

Raw zinc metal is stored in a clean place free of contamination and than is released for the production process to produce white seal of Zinc Oxide after confirming the quality.

Records for maintaining raw material is identified on qualitative basis and is kept under working cards. We are also providing Customization as per client’s specifications. Paying heeds towards client’s complaint, we have hired a grievance handling team. We also make sure to resolve their issues so that we will not receive any complaints further. Believing in customer satisfaction, we believe in informing our clients before if any delay happens in our delivery schedule.
