CEO: He is the overall in-charge of the industry. He mobilizes & monitors every aspect relating to execution. Every operation is performed under his seal. He is responsible for smooth co-ordination among personnel’s.

Technical Chief : He is responsible for production & ensuring the good quality of the product so as to meet the quality specification of the client.

Factory Manager : He is responsible for maintenance of the industrial unit & arranging efficient manpower. He also looks after the purchase of various raw materials.

Marketing Executives : They working in various states of India are responsible for marketing of the product. They mainly look after marketing & sales.

Finance Manager : He looks after the finance & accounts of the company. He is responsible for both allocation & collection of funds.
