Production

The production process can be bifurcated into four major steps:

Raw Material : Every lot of raw material is released for production only after confirming the quality. The quality is checked through various tests. The tests are performed the under supervision of Technical Chief in laboratory.

Furnace Process : Raw material is introduced in the furnace operating at a temperature of around 500^oC. At this high temperature raw material melts & gradually starts boiling. In meantime the operator extracts the impurities like dust, iron, etc. Then at a temperature of 900^oC the fumes of Zinc Oxide starts forming initiating the manufacturing process.

Collection : The fumes of Zinc Oxide are allowed to pass through the cyclonic tanks where in the heavy particles settle down allowing the lighter particles to accumulate in the reservoirs. The reservoirs are equipped with the thick cotton bags which helps decreasing the temperature of Zinc Oxide formed from around 900^oC to room temperature.

Packaging : Zinc Oxide is crushed properly with help of conveyers & finally packed in good quality HDPE bags away in moisture free environment.
