Quality Standards

The quality checks & their frequency at various stages of processing are properly defined right from the raw material to the final product. In process, checks are also carried out to control the whole processing. The testing method is annexed in this document.

The record of quality checks are maintained & are as per the specified frequency i.e. for a single lot, Zinc Oxide produced in initial phases of production is sampled out & the same is tested, similar method is adopted for middle phase & for the last phase of lot. This ultimately guides the whole production process.

The past data is stored in a file & the same is retrievable which may indicate the trend of process. The statistical techniques are used to establish the process capability & also to control the whole process i.e. random sampling techniques & random checks are carried out at regular intervals of times.
